I am a friendly REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) qualified & insured personal trainer. I have a small, fully equipped studio, where we can work on resistance training, cardio and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). I can also travel to your home for your convenience.
I have a passion for sport and feel at home in a gym environment. I’ve played many sports over the years particularly Judo for many years. I am a keen cyclist tackling sportives each year, and also enjoy skiing and running. Using my experience and knowledge I will help you along your journey to becoming a fitter and healthier you.
